With Corrosive Blades rank p3, chance to inflict Poison stack.
Runes
Frost- Chilled reduces Dodge, Spell Dodge and Haste. Extra extra damage vs. Flame Creatures.
Fire- fire Damage Over Time (Burn) for Bosses (Dungeon & Raid) that Stun character and are vulnerable to fire.
Spirit- decrease defense for all Bosses.

Runes If using as much Silver Coin as needed and time sensitive (Raid, Incursion Portal, Onslaught).
Frost- Chilled reduces Dodge & Spell Dodge.
Fire- Burn even when not pushing button. works well before Caltrops.
Spirit- increases damage from Bleed.

Runes Pairs vs. Onslaught Boss (Runes have 3 second cool down)
Frost + Spirit- reduce Dodge & Spell Dodge then increase damage from Bleed
Fire + Spirit- Burn then increased damage from Burn.
Major Spirit + Minor Spirit- decrease defenses and 2 second over lap where defense decreased 55% (35% + 20%).
v1.5 Fire Runes stack so Major Fire + Major Fire & Minor Fire + Minor Fire work. Still researching Major Fire + Minor Fire.


Hybrid Shadow Walker, "Corrosive Caltrops" (18 points)
- >Corrosive Blades rank p3 (recommended rank p3)- debuff passive. Combines well with all abilities, but especially with Runes, Caltrops rank 3, Ensnare rank 1, Acid Spray rank 3.
- >Caltrop rank 3 (recommended rank 1-3)- Halves Monster's Dodge and Spell Dodge.
- >Piercing Strike rank 3 (recommended rank 3)- Useful against Lord of Blades and other Status Resist Monsters. Combines well with Corrosive Blades rank p3, Critical Eye rank p1, Neurotoxin rank 1- p2, Caltrop rank 1- 3, Ensnare rank 1.
- >Toxic Blade rank 3 (recommended rank 3)- Useful against Lord of Blades and other Status Resist Monsters.
- >Ensnare rank 1 (recommended rank 1)- Never can have too many interrupts. Not recommended rank 2- 3 which have no improvement in casting speed, but longer cool down. Instead invest points in Caltrop, Assassinate, Maneuver, Riposte, Smoke Bomb, Critical Eye or Neurotoxin.
- >Poison Cloud rank 3 (recommended rank 3)- Group Attack with nature DOT. Combines well with Corrosive Blades rank p3, Neurotoxin rank 1- p2, Caltrops rank 1- 3, Ensnare rank 1.
- >Acid Spray rank 3 (recommended rank 3)- Group Attack with nature debuff. Combines well with Corrosive Blades rank p3, Neurotoxin rank 1-p2, Toxic Blade rank 3, Poison Cloud rank 3.
- >Reflexive Strike rank p1 (recommended p1)- improved cool down makes useful. PvP advantage. Combines well with Corrosive Blades rank p3, Critical Eye rank p1, Neurotoxin rank 1-p2, Caltrop rank 1- 3. Not recommended rank 2- 3, which have no improvement in casting speed, crit chance, or Accuracy, but only 10% increase in damage. Instead invest points in Assassinate, Critical Eye, Neurotoxin, Riposte.

- >Assassinate rank p3 (recommended rank 0-p3)- Mob passive. Useful for Real World Timers (Raids, Incursions, Seasonal Monsters, etc) and Onslaught Timer.
- >Maneuver rank p3 (recommended 0-p3)- Stat passive. PvP advantage. Increases your Dodge (zero damage) and Spell Dodge (half damage). Research Note: With new Stat curves, if you are 7-9 Levels higher than a Monster, your Dodge Stat will VASTLY increase. +15% brings Dodge 49.99% to 64.99% or 2 in 3 chance of dodging.
- >Neurotoxin rank p2 (recommended 0- p3)- Stat passive. PvP advantage. Combines well with all abilities, but especially with Corrosive Blades rank p3.
- >Critical Eye rank p1 (recommended rank 0-p3)- Stat passive. Combines well with Piercing Strike rank 3, Reflexive Strike rank 1, ?Caltrop rank 3, ?Assassinate rank p3.
- >Riposte rank p0 (recommended rank 0-p3)- reactive passive. PvP advantage. Combines well with Assassinate rank 1- p3. Due to cool downs, will increase use of Basic Attack + Critical Eye rank 0- p3 + Neurotoxin rank 0- p3.
- >Smoke Bomb rank p0 (recommended rank 0-p3)- Group debuff and buff. Combines well with Caltrops rank 1-3, Ensnare rank 1, Poison Cloud rank 3, Reflexive Strike rank 1. Rank 2-3 have no improvement in initial Smoke Bomb cool down, casting speed, other cool down timer reduction, just Knockback. v1.5 Haste Stat affects all ability cool downs except Smoke Bomb (& two Justicar abilities), so I use Ensnare rank p1 + Caltrops rank 3 + Piercing Strike 3 instead of Smoke Bomb rank 1- p3.
- >Urgency rank p0 (recommended rank 0-p3)- reactive Stat passive. PvP advantage. Rank 2-3 have no improvement in Stat bonus or duration. Rank 1-2 have low probability of proc.
- >Dual Wield rank p0 (recommended rank 0-p3 until Level 12+. Replace with Critical Eye)- Stat passive. Instead use Critical Eye.

Elixir of Speed (Haste +25%) + (Regular) Potion of Haste (Haste +15%) help a lot.

Reserach Note: I get 6 TVals with Elixir of Speed. If I use Elixir and (regular) Potion of Haste against one of the TVals, then I get 7 TVals. using Potion versus more than one TVal does not save me enought time to get another TVal so it is not worth it.

Corrosive Blades rank p3 + Caltrops rank 3 (halves Monster Dodge / Spell Dodge, 40% DPS) + Minor Spirit Rune (skip for VG's LoB*) + Poison Cloud rank 3 (40% DPS) + Toxic Blade rank 3** + Critical Eye rank p1-3 + Neurotoxin rank p2-3 + Piercing Strike rank 3**

Alternate Toxic Blade & Piercing Strike.

If Riposte rank p1-3 triggers, use Dagger Attack (aka Attak aka Basic Attack aka Main & Dagger) until Toxic Blade or Piercing Strike finish cool down.

You can use Ensnare rank 1 as needed against Monster Special Attacks. You can use both Reflexive Strike rank 1-3 + Ensnare rank 1 if enough combat time before Monster's Special Attack for both. Otherwise just use Ensnare rank 1.

You can replenish Caltrop rank 3 & Poison Cloud rank 3 when 25% left on there individual timers.

During Onslaught, Dagger Attack gives you two chances to put a Poison Stack 1 on a Monster to help out Neurotoxin (Crit bonus if Monster has a Poison Stack 1-3).

*VG's LoB don't use Runes, need Major Break Rune available for Vile Ward when Ensnare rank 1 & Minor Break Rune in cool down.

** Toxic Blade then Piercing Strike if Poison Stack 0 or 3. Piercing Strike then Toxic Blade if Poison Stack 1-2.

Research Note: You are swapping Toxic Blade rank 3 for Piercing Strike rank 3 if Poison Stacked 1-2 already. You want at least Poison Stack 1 for Neurotoxin rank p2-3 (if Poison Stack 1+ then Crit +10%/ +15%) + Critical Eye rank p1-3 (Physical Attacks get Crit +10%/ +15%/ +20%) + Piercing Strike rank 3 (Crit +25%) this gives you a total of Crit +45%-60% for Piercing Strike. But Corrosive Blades rank p3 gives Poison Stack 1-2 and Piercing Strike rank 3 a 50% chance increasing Poison Stack to 2-3 for Toxic Blade rank 3 and an addition -15% nature Resist.

1BB) Frost Runes cause chilled which slows opponents & reduces their Dodge.
2BB) only need Smoke Bomb rank 1 once Acid Spray rank 3 is 0.5 speed or faster. Smoke Bomb cool down not affected by Haste so poor Onslaught rotation.

Have to say got rid of my net as soon as the smoke bomb was available, and went for group attacks and passives over any single attack, compensating the extra time by overcompensation on the haste, dodge melee and magics...
Been working so far.
