Missing/ Lost Gold from Characters- Currency Bank

Hello,

I use gold with one of my avatar And i lost all my gold with the second too why ??? I lost 160 gold!

When you purchase gold shields or receive them from offers, it gets put into a shared pool which all your characters can use. If you make purchases on a character and it does not have enough gold shields, it will start using shields from your shared pool. What you did was you noticed you had one amount on a character, but then went on another character and started using gold shields from the shared pool. When you logged back in the first character, you noticed your amount went down. This is intended so that when you purchase shields, you can use them on all characters.

I too had this happen but each of my characters had different gold shields and after a purchase with the new avatar all dropped to 2. Not sure what happened no way to see what they were spent for

I used 180 shields on one of my toons on signal and it took large amounts of shields from all my toons

You didnt lose any GS at all because those 180 you spent is actually from the bank meaning it is being shared by all your toons. It doesnt mean that each of your toon actually had 180 each.

So if that is the case why did all my toons have different amount of shields

The gold shields your characters collect from quests, loot drops and lock boxes are tied to that character specifically.

Purchased and NativeX GS goes into the shared Bank.

I had some issues with the new version of Book of Heros, so, started another character with a new download. I added gold to the account. Then, I was able to recover the old character, and the gold from the new character that I am not playing did not follow through to the old character. Will this show up in a 'pool' when I get low? Do I have to transfer it? I just really want to delete that character and have the gold go to my new one. Is this possible?

The easiest solution is to transfer the new character (and gold) to the same Venan ID as the old one.
Please email CS from the new character and provide the Venan ID details of the old character.

It's because when you get gold shields it goes to all your characters, but you can only spend it on one character.
