Known Issues
Android Issues
- The free gold shield offers will crash on the first generation Kindle Fire.
- Push notifications sometimes does not work. You may be able to fix this by turning off push notifications, restarting the game, and then turning them back on.
- If you have not created a Venan account with us, you can sometimes lose access to your character. For more information, please visit viewtopic.php?f=15&t=394.
Other Issues
- When on the last combat encounter in a Raid phase, only the first person who defeats this encounter will receive RPP. All other players will still receive loot from the encounter, but will not receive RPP.
Third Party Issues
- NativeX offers will sometimes not "Verify" properly even after completing an offer. If it is stuck on "Pending", please follow these directions:
- Contact NativeX through the support link in the offers menu by tapping on the "Need help?" button in the bottom right corner.
- In your email, please include which offers are having issues and how many Gold Shields you are expecting. Also CC us at customer.support@venan.com and mention that they can email us for more information.
- Please send us an in-game customer support email if you continue to experience issues with this feature or if you did not receive proper compensation.
