Stunning Blow rank 1- 3 (if “Waiting” long enough),
Rend rank p3+ Wound rank 3
Spirit Rune

3- Brutal Strike 160% base weapon damage (160% BADPS/ 75% backswing)

With Backswing rank p3 (if Melee Dodged, average 75% damage) and Spell Dodge, a Pure Magic Justicar needs attacks that do 140- 150% Basic Attack Damage Per Second to be competitive with Melee and M&M Justicars. If you can Stunning Blow + Wound rank 3 HoliGob, then Frenzy rank p3 make the Pure Magic Justicar even worse versus the other two Justicars.

BADPS= (you can skip this) Basic Attack Damage Per Second, adjusts Class Ability damage when compared to repeated Basic Attacks, a way to compensate for Haste Percentage, different weapons, different attack casting times, etc.

MY PERSONAL OPINION
Based on my characters, Justicars have a disadvantage. Their slow Stunning Blow (not sped up by using a 1h Sword vs 2h Axe) you may need Elixir, Potions or Food for enough speed to Stun HoliGob. No Rune can put a Bleed Stack on HoliGob, unlike Fire Runes and Burn. But you can still kill the HoliGob.

Actually my sw with axe is least successful toon vs goblin, his 0.32 stun almost never relevant compared to 0.3 stun of justy/mage which works in nearly 30-40%.

My pure magic Justicar kills the goblin fairly easily is this just a button pushing comparison?

Hi john12345 and SangFroid,

Justicar Zeetha, Level 31, 17,984 Might, Haste 37.31%, Stunning Blow 0.31s does not seem to be having as much luck killing the HoliGob as your characters.

Most in our guild were in the 10k might range. Mages no problem, SWs seemed fine as well, only the Justi w 2h was able and that was only w pot and rune help. Even then not a sure thing. All 1h Justi failed to gen enough dps.
