Guild Parrot Settings

Have a Guild Parrot Setting with Low, Normal, High, Very High as follows:

Lower of two suggested values:
Low- 1/2x chance setting in Global/ PvP chat (or 5% chance per chat message whichever is lower)
Normal- 1x chance setting in Global/ PvP chat (or 10% chance per chat message whichever is lower)

Higher of two suggested values:
High- 2x chance setting in Global/ PvP chat (or 20% chance per chat message whichever is higher)
Very High- 4x chance setting in Global/ PvP chat (or 30% chance per chat message whichever is higher)

Guild Parrot Setting would apply to Guild Chat and Officer Chat.

Can we also get an 'Ignore Parrot' option, please? A Guild with a high setting during Yappy Hour would be tortuous.

Yappy Hour cool down

I was thinking of having a daily random "yappy hour" where the bird talks nearly all the time

Yappy Hour would have the advantage of uniting Parrots across the entire game at the same time.

Yappy Hour would prevent the Guild Chat equivalent of “fighting over the thermostat” (Guild members disagreeing over the setting).

Since this is a permanent event, a Yappy Hour cool down of 20- 22 hours [ INT (20+ RND (3)) ] would insure that every hour of the day would be covered approximately every 3 weeks and that Yappy Hour always started at the beginning of the hour.
