Help! Anyone know how to copy/paste on Kindle Version?

Several people have asked me "How do you copy and paste in BoH on a Kindle". Things they want to do are:

Copy the text from the body of a BoH Mail after hitting Forward button,

Copy a URL, or link, while browsing the BoH Forum (is this mobile version, used by iPhone, or web version, used by iPad tablet?)

If we get some good answers I will copy them to a permanent Sticky.

Even if you don't know the answer, tell use your *legal* tricks for playing BoH on the Kindle.

Copy and paste. This function is a bit confusing on the Fire. To copy text, tap and hold a word, then drag the markers to highlight the text you want to copy. Then, tap the highlighted text to add it to the clipboard. To paste, long-press a text field and select "Paste."
