T19 Amulet of Creation (Crafted)

As an aside - has anyone met a Keeper AFTER completing Amulet quest? I haven't, and am wondering whether I've just been unlucky, or whether they disappear forever, having learned their lesson!

Thanks you for the info. It is hinted at in the Quest Text. I am guessing once you finish the Quest, the Keepers revert to their old odds. The mechanic seems to be the same as the "Essence of Vile Gate I" and Daily Quest for Potion Elites.

I have seen a few keepers after completing the Amulet quest. However, they stopped dropping shards. I haven't seen the one in the third floor zone yet.

Entertainingly, on the one toon who doesn't yet have amulet, and is still on collecting the 4 sets of 5, he's met 3rd Floor dude without having the quest and has had Immortal Bindings drop.
Moral of the story is that it's never too early to start getting those!

I have fought Keepers before getting the Keeper Quest, and they do not drop Shards. Apparently you need at least one Keepr Quest to cause the Shard Drops.
