Holiday event equip for higher lvl toons

For a while now the events have not provided higher level equipment to try for. We need a tier 20 or 22 item to upgrade our existing tier 19 or 21 to make the holiday events fun. Maybe not a new item but an item that augments our existing gear up a level. Thanks for your consideration.
