Guild Members Based Merc Adjustment

The number of Mercenaries allowed in a Raid are equal to, or less than, the number of Guild Members Online before the Raid Starts. Ex: If 4 Members are Online, before the Raid Starts 1-4 Mercs would be allowed in the Raid.

Every ten minutes, the number of Mercs allowed is equal to, or less than, the number of Guild Members with 100+ RPP. Ex: if 8 Members have 100+ RPP after ten minutes have passed, than 1-8 Mercs would be allowed into the Raid.

If the number of Mercs is greater than the number of Guild Members with 100+ RPP, no new Merc will be allowed into the Raid until the number of Guild Members with 100+ RPP is larger than the number of Mercs.

Note: This is independant of the Merc Cap for the Raid.

MY PERSONAL OPINION
Several times other Guild, or my Guildmates, have started a Raid with no Members or few Members active in a Raid. Sometimes this is accidental as they get used to the new system, other times this is on purpose. This member based adjustment to Mercs would help both new Veterans of a Guild and Mercs.
