Merc-friendly flag / Current raids list

On the Manage Guild page, it would be helpful to have a checkbox for whether the guild accepts mercenary help. This is the merc-friendly flag.

For mercs, it would be helpful to have a listing of which merc-friendly guilds are running raids right now, what the raids are (Skar, Vallus, etc.), and how close the raid is to completion (by time, percent complete, or both). It could also be good to remove from the list raids for which the merc is ineligible, due to insufficient Might.

Only guilds that have marked themselves as merc-friendly would appear on the list, so no one would be hesitant or confused about whether help is welcome. It would also cut down on questions like "Anyone running CK right now?" Guild raid advertisements to Global ("spam") may become less, as guilds receive more timely merc help.

Raids going on could also be listed in a "walking text" line like the one we have in raid (the one with "fidalex has entered battle" etc), something similar to stock market quotations.
At the end all we need is guild name, raid name, % done, time left.
Imho

The problem is guilds are pointless other than social interaction. People can just jump ship whenever they want. I think it should be stricter than that and f you're guild isn't active enough go to a different one. Those who wish to be pure Mercs should have a flag or something so guilds doing raids can have a "Mercs allowed" option. Drawback is they can never stay or something. Right now it's complete chaos and utterly pointless because guild strength and power isn't correlated to the actual guild anymore. Game screwed up the true meaning of a guild vs being a merc.
