I don't want two sets of Status Resist rank 9 gear, so I compromise with 3* Status Resist, 2* Block & 1 Defense for my SW & Inq. I then use the gear for both Coliseum and VsMonster.

Only gear I swap in for Coliseum is jewelry (Ring, Amulet, Cloak) since two slots of damage enchants make a huge difference in PvP/ Onslaught, while Luck enchant is great for Dungeon Boss drops, Potion Elite drops, Keeper drops & farming.

For pvp dont even bother using a staff. Yes it might get you wins early on due to massive DoTs but at higher lvls people will survive those. A staff inquisitor is a punching bag just like a mage except they got no skills to even slightly compensate for being a punchingbag.
