PVP vs PVE Gear

Do you think there will ever be higher tier PVP gear or should I just transfer my enchants to PVE gear and dump my PVP gear? I have got all the tier 21 and 19 gear available, what does anybody suggest?

your pve gear is probably stronger than a full pvp set
