From PvP discussion:
"I tried Safeguard but it needs to be 1.0s.

Mojo, Last Stand, Sidestep (Dodge 20%+) Leech (Dodge < 20%), Amplify Yellow for Crypt, Red for TSR & SQ, Blue if T7 Blue & T14 White Resist, Provoke if fight same 5 players, Majerio's Box for giggles, then Safeguard.

Safeguard too short vs long attacks, not powerful enough to replace defend, cool down too long.

Making it last 1.0s or *not* cool down Defend so you could stack them like you can do with Reflexive Strike & Provoke, Flash Freeze & Icy Grasp, would help."

Only thing I think that could be improved is reducing cooldown to 1.0 sec. Not getting defend on cooldown means you can do a defend/safeguard/defend combo. I do think the Block and status resist bonusses could be increased more. Damage mitigation and KB resist are both increased by 50% compared to defend so why not increase Block chance and status resist to 30% gain in safeguard. (to ensure a resist/Block)
