PVP bugs

hi ,everyones know i am seriously involved about shadow walker ,
precisely the riposte abilitie ,

for now when riposte occur , without been affect by any knockback :

PlayerX : attack occur ,
Walker : dodge ( attack continue from there )
PlayerX: new move select
Walker : attack timer continue

PlayerX : attack occur ,
Walker : dodge / riposte
PlayerX: new move select
Walker : attack occur ( else if knockback continue from there )

but meaning of riposte should not be riposte ? like abilitie info say...immediately
like :
PlayerX : attack occur ,
Walker : dodge / riposte
Walker : attack occur ( else if knockback continue from there )
Walker : else new move select
PlayerX : (else if backswing then attack occur )
PlayerX : new move select
...

else it mean riposte automaticly penalize with 0.00001 second of knockback from knowere
for allow backswing to proc first , ( pick justi as sample , could append with other class )
after all dodge should be the bonus for the class , and seem more unlucky when riposte occur now...

That would make riposte work like snapcast.

As a SW I’d say that’s great.

As a realistic player I’d say that’s too much.

Riposte works fine as it is.

Risposte works fine, accuracy of his descriotion isnt a problem in confront of other bs things in this pvp (sadly) unbelanced game

dodge(max ? 52%) of riposte3 (60%) ==32%


like that backswing become snapcast when riposte occur...
and most of time when riposte occur , backswing occur , unlucky to be lucky

anyway agree more important stuff to handle before that ... :?

so i dont use gem with dodge
remove riposte
remove quickness

dodge still can occur (training base )
kill myself
... :lol:

oui très très drôle , faire rire de soi parce que la langue n'est pas la première. Primo je discute , et oui je comprend que mon point de vue peut-être assez difficile à comprendre...

you create an abilitie who penalize the bonus kind of another class .
imagine caltrop , instead halving their dodge chance , you will read , halving their crit chance ...

- Mage, FrostKnight can dodge justi melee attack and if backswing occur ,
ice spike armor wont retaliate any weapon damage .

-inquisitor can dodge justi melee attack and if backswing occur ,
(Guardian 20% plus stagger decrease when block with a shield occur) neither can append.

-FlameWarden and Shadow have( Riposte %dodge(gem+training+abilities bonus ) divided by % 20-40-60 riposte level bonus)

the ratio part , assuming all the proc working fine like this , of course.
dodge % ingame cap , is over 59% , sorry i miss few gem7 dodge , wont talk tragic 8
round it to 67% max , fair ?
so 67% for a dodge to occur ,and IF another 60% for an riposte3 to occur.
global total for a riposte3 is 67% of 60% == 40 %

fine but you have a bonus, were , 3 time on 4 will cause a negative bonus
others class have bonus pure damage ,
why riposte authorize others class to retaliate , if them they dont...

short way :
allow ice spike armor ,stagger, backswing to retaliate on dodge , but not on riposte.

No idea. Much as I’d love Ripose to be even better, it works fine.

Also, Backswing has no connection to Riposte. It procs from Dodge. Backswing does have an insane proc rate like Stagger but that’s a completely unrelated issue.
