I have snow blind 3. When used it is meant to give 30% bonus damage.
When I click on the icon, it states that you get 10% damage on next attack.
It doesn't seem that effective. Of course cannot tell how effective it is with RNG

A good way to test this (and also Monster Resistance to Ice, Fire, Nature, & Spirit) is to use a few minor runes (Note 1) since the difference between minimum and maximum damage starts at only 30 points.

P.S. Venan, if you added a Physical Damage minor & major rune (perhaps Blade Rune?) that would help with testing Physical Buffs.

So when is virulent slash going to be fixed or at least officially acknowledged as being bugged? Makes pvp against IQ quite unbalanced.
