HoliGob's 2-4 Humbug & 2 Humbug Revive

Subject
HoliGob’s 2-4 Humbug & 2 Humbug Revive
HoliGob has a 0.00s Bah (100% Status Resist, 100% Knockback Resist), 2.00s Humbug (basically a special timer), and a 0.5s Steal the Holidays (150,000 damage).
Common HoliGobs have Bah (0.00s), four Humbug (2.00s *4), and a Steal the Holidays (0.5s) for a total of 8.50s to kill him. Uncommon HoliGobs have only three Humbugs for a total of 6.50s to kill him. Rare HoliGobs only have two Humbugs for a total of 4.50s to kill him. This is totally RNG and has nothing to do with his remaining health bar.
If HoliGob successful Steals the Holidays (150,000 damage), you can leave or pay 5 Gold Shields to Revive. Every time you Revive, you get two Humbugs and a Steal the Holidays for an additional 4.50s to kill him.
Since you can buy a red ornament for 5 GS, you have to consider what his loot drop is worth to you, and how close the HoliGob is to dying, before making a decision to Revive.
[Edit 2016] HoliGob has a chance to drop +3 red ornaments instead of +1 red ornaments. But Bonus Loot does not appear to include red ornaments.
[Edit 2016]
2015 Data from screencast freeze frames
3 Humbugs + 8 Humbugs (5 Revives for 25 GS) killing a Level 35 HoliGob with T13 Old Frying Pan alternating basic attack and defend.
4 Humbugs + 16 Humbugs (9 Revives for 45 GS) killing a Level 35 HoliGob with T6 Legacy Daedalus’ Razor alternating basic attack and defend.
4 Humbugs (no Revive), HoliGob wins.
4 Humbugs (no Revive), HoliGob wins.
3 Humbugs (no Revive), HoliGob wins.
4 Humbugs + 2 Humbugs (1 Revive for 5 GS), HoliGob wins.
Total of 75 GS spent on this test
2012 HoliGob had a 1.00s Steal the Holidays, but only gave you one Humbug and one Steal the Holidays per Revive or 3.00s per 5 GS. The current 4.50s per 5 GS is an +50% improvement in time bought with Revive.
