Before the update Virulent Slash And Poison Clouds dots would stack but now the don't. They just refresh each other. Is this intentional?

The worst part is that my muscle memory is set to use both and I am surprised every single time I only get one for a fraction of a second. Without both, the inquistor may not be the OS beast I was hoping for.

My guess is that poison cloud and virulent slash used to be separate dots because of the difference in tick timers. Now that it has been normalised the game no longer recognises both dots as unique thus they no longer stack.
