  • The account info context popup is now accessible when tapping on a player in chat, leaderboards, friends list, and guild member list.

Known Issues
  • Rotation is broken on iOS 6 devices. This will be addressed in the next client update.

Loving these changes, even if they aren't really content balancing.

However, isn't the price of 50gs a bit too steep considering that Venan customer support had once been doing it for free?

5gs for the cosmetic changes are acceptable but 50gs for a name...perhaps you guys could consider lowering it to 20-25gs instead for something more reasonable?

We were changing character names for people manually because there was no way to do it in game. We will evaluate the pricing of it when it goes live and change it if necessary.

As mentioned in Lord Venan's blog post, we will be addressing content and balance in 1.5. Thank you for your continued patience and sharing your opinions about the patch.

I have to agree that 50 gs is a little too much to ask. I have one character I would like to do a name change on but not at that price.

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is 4 hours ahead of EDT. When it is EST, it is 5 hours ahead.

Nice to see some of the bugs I reported getting fixed.

I need to rename. I would do it for 5 maybe 10 but 50 no way.

Also any chance on reducing the Onslaught raid cooldown period?

Why is the server time being switched to GMT? Seems silly and annoying to us who are now used to EST

Unfortunately part of the reason is that all the data on our servers is in GMT (or UTC) but when we originally added the server time feature in the guild home screen, we put it in EDT/EST because our company is in EDT/EST. However, this has posed some confusion when dealing with some of the data on the server. Also since in the east coast there is daylight savings, so in order to avoid the one hour shift, we have opted to use GMT moving forward. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I agree 50gs for a name change (about $5 US) is excessive (compared to 1gs for retraining all abilities, not that I want to encourage you to up this price). By stating you may reevaluate this price means anyone reading this thread is better off waiting for a possible future price reduction.

Perhaps each account could be given 75 (or 50 or 100 or 25) "barber shields" (shields that cannot be spent elsewhere) to get players experimenting... not sure if this is possible.
