There are some mails that have nice information which I like to lock so it will not be delete when I hit the read all delete all button.

nice idea probably easy implementable. but ppl requested it a lot of times in the past without response. I think the problem is storage space. currently if u have too many mails the oldest are automatically deleted. with lock approach venan couldntt delete it anymore leading to potentially huge inboxes. they not ready increase inventory size which means near hundred more integer item codes per toon in db. and u asking adding unlimited number of unlimited length strings...

So keep cap at 100 messages but if you lock 10 the 90th would be deleted instead.... Keeping inboxes the same size and allowing the feature that could be quite helpful especially to new players

It would be awesome if there was a button selection that allowed me to send emails to different groups within my guild but not the entire guild.

For example: Guild officers
Guild Veterans
Guild members

Some emails are good to send to some but not all so I think it would make communication easier for people who are not online when important items are discussed.

It would be really helpful if you could flag certain emails as important and not to be auto deleted.

Much like the option to send mail to the entire guild, having an option to send mail to all guild officers would be very handy. Relying on officer chat history to keep everyone informed is a bit awkward.

Inspecting a character from a BoH Mail
If you click on the top of the Mail where the From/ Date/ Subject is located (the header) of a BoH Mail, you can Inspect the character that sent you the Mail, just like clicking on a Chat Message.

Along the same lines, being able to whisper or email a merc in a raid (who has not chatted yet) would be good. Too often they are not paying attention to guild/raid chat and we are trying to get them to honor an rpp tie, etc.
