Server Outage Compensation Policy

If your raid was affected due to a scheduled maintenance, there will be no reimbursement. Maintenance times are normally posted at least 6 hours prior in the in-game News and on the forums.

For a major server outage lasting more than one hour, we will attempt to compensate players their individual raid rewards for affected raids. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate Guilds potential Power and Prestige earnings due to the implications of the leaderboards.

For a minor server outage (and major), we will attempt to provide Energy Potions to players that were in affected raids.

If you experience other issues as a result of an unplanned server outage, please contact customer support.
