Like in a real email, when you open Ingame mail you could press a button saying: move to folder and it list all the folders you have and you can have up to 10.... This would be convenient for people who have a lot of mail come in

Given the auto-deletion that Venan does if you have too many emails, folders are pointless.

For over 2 years now, there have been two repeated email requests that Venan has never acted on:

1. Email to guild officers.
2. Being able to lock an email so it can't be auto-deleted. Puzzle and Dragons has this feature.

True yet folders would be convenient for rpers and guild masters with rules and all of that

Surely it wouldn't take too much of the dev's valuable time to include a To: line in the header of a received email, so we can see if it's personal or to the whole guild? The data for who the email is being sent to is already there, it's just a matter of displaying it. It can't be more than a few lines of code to achieve that, can it? This would save the potentially awkward situation of forwarding a reply to a personal email to the whole guild by mistake.

It's not a given that it does since it is a custom mail system.
