Quest mystery potion - RESOLVED

Running ipad osx 7.1.2 and android 4.1.2 jellybean.
Recieved the quest mystery potion which requires 10 vile lichen to craft the mystery potion.
Already had 10 vile lichen and crafted the potion.
Recieved credit for the potion, but not the 10 lichen. 0/10
Anytime i recieve another lichen it still doesn't register.
Seem to be stuck at 0/10 vile lichen, and cannot complete the quest.
Any ideas or workarounds?

Somehow it unstuck itself.
Quest was completed when I logged back in the next day AND collected 10 more vile lichen.
Guess When all else fails, turn it off and then turn it on again.

And it did it again on my next toon. Seems if you already have the vile lichen and craft the potion, you do not get credit for the feat until you collect another 10 lichen
