2017 holiday cheer helm

Was Buying the holiday cheer helm supposed to give toons the ability to convert remaining green ornaments to reds ? Was it a different hat .. ? There was a green stocking hat available during the 2016 holiday goblin event seemingly unlocked the conversion capability, but this year green stocking hat isn’t in the 2017 Abe’s shop . Please look into the matter

Though I could be recalling things differently on previous Xmas events ..perhaps the hat / holiday helm has nothing to do with the conversion ability

After 8 days .. Abe offers a gift .. we’ll see ..

This year the holiday cheer helm is the hat with antlers. After you buy that it should allow you to convert green to red.

All my toons seem to be able to convert after buying the helm.

Can confirm this is not the case. Bought the helm this year on my alts, can not convert.

It may be necessary that you have the green Xmas hat from previous event for it to work, that appears to be the mitigating factor to get the conversion to work

All my toons can convert the greens to red based on getting either the antler hat or the green Santa hat in previous years. I don't think they all have both, but it does seem to be something to do with these items bought with green baubles.

Haven't seen any Venan comment on the issue so far...
