Heroes! There will be a short down time at 11am EST/4pm GMT that will last up to 30 minutes. It will be used to implement the changes below. Please plan your raids accordingly as there will be no compensation for failed raids. We apologize for the inconvenience!

• Blight and Spirit Rune effects will once again last 5 seconds instead of 3.
• Tragick Valentine will now drop 1-5 Tier 3 gem shards (instead of 1-3).
• Tragick Valentine will now drop Tier 4 gems at a slightly better rate.
• Tragick Valentine will now drop Tier 5 gem shards and gems.
• Tragick Valentine’s Court can now be accessed by level 5-14 characters.
• Qupe’s shop can now be accessed properly by older characters.

Not sure, I don't run any WM these days, but it was said that the rune was brought in line with a WM skill - whether that was nerfed or had always been 3s, I don't know.

Great job w/ the valentines event, you've given us another raid drain for no appreciable reward. How about addressing some issues that actually matter to the players. Justis are still broken & nobody is playing them anymore, rumors are that the new raid is oatmeal, you have a half dozen chat channels that no one uses, crafting times are rediculous, etc....
